Blankterrmall.com delivers orders through USPS First-Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via First Class Mail International Package or other shipping services.

Return Policy
STEPS FOR RETURN AND REFUND
1. Please email us at sales@blankterrmall.com within 15 days of the date of the order.
2. You have to receive an Authorization to Return (RMA#) from us. Write this number on top of package.
3. Non refundable any shipping & handling fees
4. You will receive a refund within 30 days in the same form of payment that you paid to purchase the products. No refunds if you don't have an RMA #.

If you're not 100% happy with a product, just send it back within 15 days of your purchase – We will either exchange it, credit your credit card for the amount of your purchase, or send you a refund if you paid by check.
To make a return, fill out the back of your packing slip to tell us how to make your order right. If you've lost the slip, just enclose a note telling us why you're returning your merchandise and whether you want an exchange or a credit card credit – don't forget to include your name, address, email address, and phone number so we can get in touch if we have any questions.
Defective or Damaged Item:
When you received a defective or damaged item please contact us and send a picture of the item and we will send the replacement to you
Returned Item:
If you are not satisfied with the your purchase, you can send it back within 15 days for a refund or exchange.
Please remind that you are responsible for the returning postage. We will charge 15% for admin and handling charge
Items must be returned in original condition.
